Catherine A. Crockett
Founder & General Partner, Grove Street Advisors
Prior to co-founding Grove Street Advisors in 1998, Ms. Crockett built a successful 14-year career in the design and implementation of private equity investment programs. There with both a financial and business development objective, she led the formation of private equity funds with nearly $400 million under management for major corporate and state pension fund investors.
She has an undergraduate degree in government and business administration from the University of Notre Dame and an M.P.A. from Harvard's Kennedy School.

Douglas J. Gorence
President & Chief Investment Officer, University of Minnesota Foundation of Investment Advisors
Douglas J. Gorence is president and chief investment officer for the University of Minnesota Foundation Investment Advisors, a subsidiary non-profit corporation created to oversee the investment and management of the University of Minnesota Foundation's financial assets.
Mr. Gorence provides strategic and operational leadership for managing the Foundation's investment portfolio. He and his staff recommend and implement the Foundation's asset allocation strategy, the hiring and monitoring of investment managers as well as managing overall portfolio risk.
Mr. Gorence was director of pension fund investments for Honeywell Inc. from 1991 to 1999. Prior to that, he was Senior Portfolio Manager at the Minnesota State Board of Investment, responsible for its external equity and fixed income programs.
He received his B.S. in economics from the University of Minnesota in 1977. He is also a chartered financial analyst.

Naren Gupta
Vice-Chairman, Wind River Systems
Naren Gupta is Vice Chairman at Wind River Systems, a leading provider of embedded software. Dr. Gupta co-founded Integrated Systems in 1980 and took it public in 1990. He served as ISI Chairman until 2000 and president/CEO until 1995. Integrated Systems merged with its competitor to form Wind River in 2000. He currently also serves as interim President/CEO of Numerical Technologies.
In addition to Wind River, Dr. Gupta serves on the board of Numerical Technology (NASDAQ: NMTC), a semiconductor manufacturing technology company, Tibco Software, an application integration software company and Quick EagleNetworks (previously, Digital Link Corporation), a data communications and wide-area networking equipment manufacturer. He also serves on the board of several privately held companies, and charitable organizations.
He holds a B. Tech. from IIT Delhi, and M.S. from California Institute of Technology and a Ph.D. from Stanford University in engineering. He was elected a fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers in November 1991.

Thomas J. Kerr
Principal, Hamilton Lane
Tom is a Principal at Hamilton Lane where he is responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm's Secondary Investment activities. In addition, he is a member of the firm's Valuation Committee and is active in the strategic oversight of the firm's Research Department. Tom started his career at Hamilton Lane in 1999 and most recently was a member of the Fund Investment Team, where he was responsible for due diligence of primary fund investment opportunities. Prior to this, Tom was responsible for the coordination and management of the firm's client relationship and reporting activities.
Prior to joining Hamilton Lane, Tom spent two years at BISYS Plan Services where he was responsible for the investment activities of institutional defined benefit plans.
Tom received an M.B.A. at Saint Joseph's University and a B.S. in Finance from Rider University.
